we want you to be confident in your cohort enrollment, so we offer a risk free trial period refund window first two sessions only you can request a full refund if you're not satisfied with the cohort after attending the first two sessions you realize the cohort isn't the right fit for your skill level the teaching style or content doesn't meet your expectations no questions asked —we'll process your refund if requested within the first two sessions after two sessions no refunds once you've attended more than two sessions refunds are no longer available you retain lifetime access to all cohort materials you remain part of the private community why this policy? two sessions give you enough time to evaluate if the cohort is right for you after that, you've received significant value (live instruction, materials, community access) this ensures fairness to instructors and other students how to request a refund if you're within the first two sessions email questpond\@questpond com with your full name cohort name and enrollment email brief reason (optional, but helps us improve) "refund request" in the subject line we'll process your refund within 5 7 business days to your original payment method alternatives to refund before requesting a refund, consider reaching out to the instructor with specific concerns asking questions in the community (other students may share your confusion) reviewing the cohort materials at your own pace alongside live sessions sometimes a small adjustment makes all the difference important note this refund policy applies to cohorts only , not 5 year subscriptions (which have their own refund terms) bottom line we stand behind the quality of our cohorts try the first two sessions risk free if it's not right for you, we'll refund you completely after that, we expect commitment to the full learning journey
