don't worry—this is normal depending on your cohort's start date here's the timeline immediately after payment you receive payment confirmation email your enrollment is confirmed leading up to cohort start you may receive preparation emails with pre cohort materials updates about cohort schedule and expectations 3 days before cohort starts you receive your cohort invite via luma this includes zoom links, schedule, and access to materials what to do if you haven't received access if your cohort starts in more than 3 days this is expected you'll receive access 3 days before the start date check your payment confirmation email for the cohort start date if your cohort starts in less than 3 days and you haven't received the invite check your spam/promotions folder (invite emails sometimes land there) check the email address you used for payment (invite is sent there) add questpond\@questpond com to your contacts to ensure future emails aren't filtered if you still don't see the invite email questpond\@questpond com with your full name payment confirmation email or transaction id cohort name you enrolled in expected start date we'll verify your enrollment and resend your invite immediately important each cohort has a specific start date (announced at enrollment) access is intentionally sent 3 days before to ensure everyone joins at the same time and has time to prepare
