if you received the cohort invite link but can't access it, here are the most common issues and solutions 1\ make sure you're logged into luma our cohorts are hosted on luma if you're not logged in go to lu ma and sign in with the email address you used for cohort enrollment if you don't have a luma account, create one using the same email then click the cohort invite link again 2\ browser issues try these steps clear your browser cache and cookies try a different browser (chrome, firefox, safari, edge) disable browser extensions temporarily (ad blockers can sometimes interfere) try incognito/private browsing mode 3\ email address mismatch the cohort invite is tied to the email you used for payment make sure you're using the same email address for luma login as your payment email if you used different emails, email us at questpond\@questpond com to update it 4\ link expired or incorrect if the link says "expired" or "not found" check if you clicked an old link (we may have sent an updated one) look for the most recent email from questpond/luma the correct link should be sent 3 days before cohort start 5\ mobile vs desktop some users have better luck on desktop if you're on mobile, try accessing from a computer luma works on mobile, but desktop is more reliable for initial setup still can't join? email questpond\@questpond com with screenshot of the error you're seeing which browser and device you're using your enrollment email address we'll troubleshoot and get you access immediately don't worry—you won't miss the cohort start
