My login link isn't working. What should I do?

if your login link isn't working, here's how to troubleshoot step 1 basic troubleshooting try these first copy and paste the link instead of clicking (sometimes email clients break links) clear your browser cache and cookies try a different browser (chrome, firefox, safari, edge) try incognito/private browsing mode disable browser extensions temporarily (especially ad blockers) check if you're clicking the most recent link (if you received multiple emails, use the latest one) step 2 check link expiration some login links expire after a certain time period (24 48 hours) one time use if your link says "expired" look for a "resend link" or "reset password" option check your email for a more recent login link request a new link from support step 3 verify email address make sure you're using the same email address you used for payment/enrollment you're checking the correct email account you don't have typos in the email you're trying to log in with step 4 mobile vs desktop if you're on mobile try accessing from a desktop computer mobile browsers sometimes have compatibility issues desktop is more reliable for initial setup step 5 different login issue?
