How can I verify my payment or subscription status?

to verify your payment or check your subscription status, follow these steps option 1 check your email look for confirmation email sent immediately after payment from questpond\@questpond com or your payment processor contains transaction id, amount paid, what you purchased includes access instructions or confirmation of enrollment search your inbox for "questpond payment confirmation" "subscription confirmation" "cohort enrollment confirmation" your transaction id (if you have it) don't see it? check spam/junk/promotions folders search the email you used for payment (not a different email) option 2 check your payment method bank statement or card statement look for charge from "questpond" or payment processor note the transaction date and amount screenshot this for reference if needed digital wallets (paypal, etc ) check your transaction history look for payment to questpond download receipt if available option 3 contact support directly email questpond\@questpond com with for payment verification your full name email address used for payment transaction id or order number (if you have it) date of payment amount paid screenshot of payment confirmation (if available) for subscription status email address registered for subscription which subscription (5 year, specific course, cohort) approximate purchase date we'll respond within 24 hours with confirmation of payment received your subscription status and access details instructions for accessing your content resolution of any access issues why verify? it's smart to verify if you paid but haven't received access you're not sure which subscription you have you need proof of payment for reimbursement you're troubleshooting access issues we keep records of all transactions and can quickly verify your status
